Sophie & Maeve Return Policy
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. Unfortunately, after this 30-day window, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions

The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

For products that require special hygiene standards, items must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Lingerie

Tights/hosiery

Certain personal care products
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at support@sophieandmaeve.com with the following details:

Your order number

Reason for the return

A photo of the product (if damaged)

Refunds
Procedure
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 30 days:

Please check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in China, with return costs starting at approximately €20 (to be covered by the customer).
Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If the replacement is also defective, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed, due to our automated processing system.
