Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear, tights, and certain beauty items cannot be returned.

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
